The 2022 Genesis GV70 and GV80 are both powered by the same standard 2.5-liter inline-four intercooled engine. Both engines generate an identical 300 horsepower so they can both deliver reassuring performance on the highway when you need to pass. In addition, the GV70 has a bigger V6 engine available that can create 375 horsepower. In terms of fuel economy, the slightly smaller GV70 gets 28 mpg on highways, the GV80 gets 25 mpg.

The GV70's second-row head room measured 39.1 inches and the GV80 is almost the same at 38.4 inches. Both vehicles provide generous room in the second row, a place where room can be hard to come by in other vehicles. Second-row leg room is 37.2 inches for the GV70 and an even better 38.7 inches for the GV80.
